Menu Options

 

Choice of two:

 

Prime rib, beef kabobs, grilled steaks (teriyaki, bbq or seasoned)

 

Roasted ham, turkey, pork or beef with gravies

 

Grilled chicken or bone-in chicken plain or with choice of sauces: Lemon and parsley, bbq, basil cream, wine and caper, marsala, etc.

 

Chicken kabobs, chicken cordon bleu, sausage and apple stuffinf or veggie cheese stuffed breast.

 

Roast pork loin medallions with a sage and raspberry glaze or a thyme and mustard cream sauce.

 

Salmon with lemon and dill, crab stuffed shrimp, stuffed sole, tilapia filets with a beurre blanc sauce, grilled swordfish steaks, grilled tuna steak, lobster tails or crab legs.

 

Choice of two:

 

Potato- Mashed, roasted, baked, twice baked, scalloped or potato salad.

 

Pasta- lasagna, mac and cheese, stuffed shells with tomato sauce and cheese, butternut ravioli with a butter and sage sauce, pesto penne, pasta salad, tuna mac salad.

 

Rice pilaf, wild rice, couscous, bean and lentil ragout with herbs and veggies.

 

Choice of one:

 

Corn on the cob, green beans almondine, dilled carrots, roasted root veggies, roasted summer veggies, broccoli with hollandaise or peas with pearl onions.

 

Green salad with choice of dressings

 

Sticky buns and fresh baked rolls
